At the gates of Sologne, close to Chambord and Blois and facing the Loire, our cottage of 50m ² for 2/4 people is open all year. You will be able to enjoy an unobstructed view and an extreme tranquility.
The hiking trails and the "Loire à Vélo" circuit are nearby. Chambord is only 5 km away and Blois, 12 km. Of course, outside, it is far from competing with our beautiful heritage, but the interior is cheerful and bright and nothing can replace the unobstructed view, location and tranquility.

- Separate bedroom, parquet floor, with bed 160X200, bedside tables, wardrobe.
- Bathroom with shower and separate WC, all tiled.

Very functional so and ideally located! Calm assured, facing the Loire. At the Castles, this cottage allows you to discover the region to practice both sports and cultural activities.

PRICES :
Rental for 3 nights minimum with decreasing tariff.
For 1 or 2 people = 72 € overnight. If use of additional sleeping 4/5 persons = 87 € overnight
Add cleaning fee and tourist taxes.
7 nights and more = 469 €. If use of additional sleeping 4/5 persons = 500 €
Add cleaning fee : 35€ and tourist taxes.
CONDITIONS :
Terms of booking and payment:
In order to confirm your reservation, we ask for a deposit equal to 50% of the price of the stay.
In case of cancellation less than one month before your stay, you will be asked for the full amount due.
Any stay started is due in its entirety. Non refundable deposit.
A deposit of 500 € will be required upon entry into the premises.
Means of payment accepted for down payment: Transfer.
Means of payment accepted for balance of stay: Transfer or Cash. We no longer take checks and not bank cards.
Arrival - Departure :
Arrivals are from 16h and departures before 11h.
You have a key box system that allows you to arrive late. The code will be communicated to you at the end of the payment of your stay.
